The BREEZE project delivers targeted benefits for all stakeholders involved in building renovations.

National and regional policymakers can access harmonized energy performance calculation methods, renovation roadmaps, and scenario planners to support evidence-based policy making. They will also receive guidance for implementing the EPBD Recast, monitoring policy impacts, and integrating solar PV solutions into national renovation strategies.

Local authorities and municipalities will gain practical guidance for planning renovations of public and residential buildings, monitoring indoor environmental quality (IEQ) and energy performance, and applying case studies on cost-optimal renovations and PV integration. These tools will help reduce energy poverty and improve local energy efficiency.

Building professionals and consultants can use tools to predict and enhance IEQ, follow best practices for cost-optimal renovations, and integrate PV/BIPV solutions. They will have access to data and software for energy performance and cost-benefit analyses while ensuring compliance with EPBD standards.

Building owners and housing associations will benefit from healthier, more comfortable buildings, reduced energy bills, and practical guidance for implementing energy-efficient renovations, including solar PV solutions.

Industry and technology providers, such as construction material manufacturers and PV system integrators, will gain regulatory and technical guidance for PV deployment, access to building stock data to inform product development, and support for scalable, replicable solutions aligned with EU energy efficiency goals.
